Athletes, Adventurers and Fitness-Philes
I am currently offering two main breeds of training programs:
The Destination Package is for the endurance athlete who is ready to commit to a focused 3-month personalized program for a specific racing event. Upon our initial strategy session, we will determine your current fitness foundation, your personal training challenges and your racing goals. During the course of your training program we will focus on optimizing your key training sessions, while minimizing the risk of injury. This program is for the ambitious individual who is motivated to commit to a focused training program as well as injury prevention strategies. The Destination package is a results-driven, yet balanced-approach package. For the individual who desires to complete a stage race with a Endurellet-affiliated race organization, you will receive additional package items.
The RunForIT Training Package is for individuals want to attain real fitness results with focused weekly and monthly plans. This virtual program is ideal for the frequent traveler or busy person who needs access to online workouts and metrics while on the go, to maximize available workout time and to minimize overtraining/overfatigue.

Destination Packages: Stage Races in Far-Away places:
From the Deep Sands of the Sahara to the Land of Fire and Ice
What is a Stage Race? A stage running race is essentially a multi-day event in which running terrain and distance varies each day of the event. A stage race is a daily back-to-back racing event.
Getting to the starting line:
A stage race is undoubtedly an intense physical undertaking it takes a specific type of person to commit to the endeavor, to show up wholeheartedly and rock their running legs on each and every stage of the event. The top placers are often invited to another race in the organization’s circuit, so if you are a serious and/or elite athlete, your goal may be to win the race. If this is your first stage race, you may set your sights on getting to the starting line, injury-free so you can rock through the finish, feeling good on the last day. Whether you are an elite runner or a stage race newbie, you are still probably the type of person who wants to push your limits… and this takes a specific type of training program. In my experience, individualized, customized training programs work best for reaching best results and avoiding injury.
